I went ahead and bought a replacement from the Honda dealer. Unfortunately the nice Honda factory workers did not apply anti-seize so 18 years of grime and heat hardened into nature's JB-Weld.

Nope. There's a bolt under the pipe with lots of space in all directions for crap to build up in.
